PJA works to promote a criminal justice system that adheres to the best principles of Jewish tradition and American democracy – fundamental fairness, equality under the law, and the potential of every individual to change and to turn away from wrongdoing towards right. Our work has two major components: an Anti-Death Penalty Campaign and a Jewish Community Justice Project (JCJP).
